Registration & Payment: Secure your spot with full payment or a payment plan. Vendors must also have a retreat ticket or reservation.
Cancellation & Refunds: No refunds for cancellations by attendees. If the retreat is canceled by Fearless Women, a refund will be provided.
Transfer Policy: Registrations can be transferred to another person with written notice 14 days prior.
Health & Safety: Attendees are responsible for their health and must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary needs.
Conduct: Respectful behavior is required. Disruptive actions may lead to removal without a refund.
Liability: We are not liable for personal injury or property loss. Travel insurance is recommended.
Privacy: Personal info is used for retreat purposes only, not shared without consent, and attendees will be automatically opted into our email list.
Media Consent: Attendees may be photographed or recorded. Inform us if you wish to opt-out.
